TANGO
A €7M Horizon Europe project developing the theoretical foundations and computational framework for synergistic human-machine decision making: hybrid decision support systems where humans and machines are aligned in values and goals, know their respective strengths, and work together toward an optimal decision. Coordinated by the University of Trento, with 22 partners across 9 European countries. Real-world use cases include maternal health, intraoperative surgical decision-making, credit lending, and public policy design.
TAILOR Network
A European network of excellence on the foundations of Trustworthy AI, integrating learning, optimization and reasoning to build AI systems that are safe, transparent, reliable and respect human agency. The lab contributes on neuro-symbolic integration and explainable, interactive machine learning.
FAIR — Future Artificial Intelligence Research
One of Italy's national foundations funded under the PNRR to advance fundamental and applied AI research across the country. The lab participates as a research unit, contributing on structured and neuro-symbolic machine learning.
